Three ways to win:
Put your message to music. Enter an original song up to 2 minutes in length on cassette tape or compact disc, or upload an mpeg file at www.UseItOrLoseItChallenge.com. Creators of the winning song will have the chance to perform live on stage at the House of Blues on Tuesday, May 19, 2009.
Create a public service announcement. Enter a video PSA up to 60 seconds in length on DVD or video tape. The winning video will air locally on cable network channels (including MTV, ABC Family, BET, and VH1) this summer.
Design a work of art. Enter a poster up to 11″ x 17″ in size. Any medium is acceptable. Winning artwork will make its debut on local billboards throughout Cuyahoga County this summer.

The Use It or Lose It Challenge is a comprehensive educational program about safety belts and safe driving. Included in the curriculum are sample lesson plans in a variety of academic disciplines.
